GTBuy User Guide

Step 1

Sourcing & Ordering Guide

The basic steps from finding a product on Weidian or Taobao to getting it into your warehouse.

1. Buying the Item

Since you can't buy directly from Chinese sellers, GTBuy buys it for you.

1

Find the item

Find what you want on Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 and copy the link. Don't know where to start? Check our Known Seller List to find community-shared shops.

2

Paste Link

Paste the link into GTBuy's search bar. It will translate the page so you can see the item.

3

Add to Cart

Select your size and color. Add the item to your cart and pay.

2. Warehouse & QC

Once paid, GTBuy agents will purchase the item from the seller and wait for it to arrive.<

4

Agent Buys Item 1-6h

GTBuy buys the item from the seller. The status will change to "Ordered".

5

Seller Ships to Warehouse Varies

Shipping time depends entirely on the seller. The status will change to "Shipped".

6

QC Photos Crucial

When the parcel arrives, the status changes to "Received". Once the staff takes your 3-5 photos, it becomes "Stored". Check these carefully to ensure you got the right size and that there are no flaws.

Pro Trick: Measuring Sizing

Asian sizing normally runs 1-2 sizes small. Pay the tiny fee to request an "Extra Photo" of the GTBuy agent physically measuring the chest width (pit-to-pit) or shoe insole with a ruler. Compare it to your clothes at home to ensure it actually fits!

7

Accept (GL) or Return (RL)

In community slang, GL (Green Light) means it looks good, leave it in the warehouse (90 days free).

RL (Red Light) means there's a flaw. Return it using the return button directly on the site, or contact support on Discord or via the website helpdesk. Note: Refunds go back to your GTBuy wallet, not straight to your card.

Ready to Ship?

Once all your items are in the warehouse, you can pack them into a parcel. Make sure to read the shipping guide first so you don't overpay on shipping.
